The depot maintains a customer service desk. The desk is answered in the order questions arrive, by whoever is nearest, which is usually a cat. The answers below are the ones it would give.
Where is my parcel?
In transit. Deliveries take 7 days from dispatch — the depot quotes 5–7 business days and honours neither, but the 7-day window is written into the system and that one it keeps.
Two conditions: your wallet must hold at least the current postage amount of $CTLG (the ladder is on the manifest page, tiered by market cap — the depot scans every holder each minute), and it must stay above the line for the whole window. If both held, the cat appears in the same wallet. No claiming, no site visit, no signature — and the manifest board shows your parcel in the queue the whole way.
My parcel was "returned to depot". Why?
Your balance dipped below the qualifying amount during transit. The depot takes this personally and turns the van around.
It isn't fatal: climb back above the postage rate and the next scan restarts the clock. But note the standing rule — one successful delivery per address, ever.
I trade through a bot or terminal and can’t see my cat.
Your cat is fine. It was delivered on-chain to the same wallet address that holds your $CTLG — trading terminals and Telegram bots just have no shelf to display it on. Ten-second proof: paste your address into the manifest page's lookup, or open your address on any explorer and check the NFT tab. It's there.
To actually handle it, bring that wallet into a real one: most terminals let you export the wallet's private key (usually Settings → Wallet → Export), and importing that key into Phantom or Solflare makes the cat appear, fully usable. Trading in the terminal continues unaffected — it's the same wallet, now visible in two places.
Two cautions from the desk. A very few platforms are fully custodial and won't export a key — there the cat waits until they do; it is parked, not lost. And a key generated by a bot has lived on that bot's servers, so once you've imported it, treat that wallet accordingly — anything you'd hate to lose can be moved onward to a wallet only you have ever held the keys to.
I listed my cat on Magic Eden and it vanished from my wallet.
It is at the shop. Magic Eden holds a listed cat in its escrow account for as long as the listing is live, so your wallet — which only shows what it holds — stops showing it. Nothing is lost; the marketplace has it on the shelf with your price on it.
Delist and it comes straight back, same cat, same number. Tensor and other marketplaces behave the same way. If you want to keep seeing it while it's for sale, that's what the marketplace's own "my listings" page is for.
My wallet says this site "could be malicious".
Phantom flags young domains that request signatures, and we are a young domain that requests signatures. We're anonymous and haven't submitted identity papers for review, so the flag stays for now. We'd rather explain it than pretend it isn't there.
Don't take our word for it either way. The order page lists every on-chain address this site touches — check them on an explorer before signing, or skip the website entirely: the token route delivers with no site involved, and marketplaces will list the cats once they trade.
How do I know any of this is real?
Nothing here asks to be trusted. The collection address, the machine, and the treasury are printed on the order page and verifiable on any explorer. Royalties are 0% on-chain, not just on this website. And the entire collection regenerates from one public seed — run the generator and you get the same 1,000 cats, byte for byte.
Can I choose which cat I get?
No. The depot picks at random from whatever is still on the shelves. This is both policy and, frankly, the most reliable part of the operation.
Can I return a cat?
Cats are non-returnable. Ownership of the cat, the box it came in, and increasingly your furniture transfers on delivery. You may resell it anywhere, as many times as you like — we take 0% of that, forever.
Is this an investment?
No. CTLG is a memecoin and the cats are pictures of cats. Both can go to zero and most things like them do. Nothing here pays yield, shares revenue, or promises anything except an attempt at delivery. Spend only what you'd happily set on fire.
How do I reach an actual human?
The depot's phone was pushed off the desk in early 2026 and the desk has been unstaffed since. What exists: @CatalogueCats on X. Public replies get read.
What does not exist: support DMs. We will never message you first, never send a link, and never ask you to "validate", "sync", or "restore" a wallet. Anyone doing any of that in our name is stealing from you, however convincing their profile looks.
